Free Public Transport with Your Stay
When you stay with us, your tourist tax now includes the Guest Mobility Ticket Salzburg – giving you free and unlimited use of public transport across the entire Salzburg region.
This means you can explore Zell am See-Kaprun and beyond without a car, saving money while travelling sustainably.
What’s included:
Free travel on all regional trains (S-Bahn, R, REX, RE, RB)
Free travel on all Postbuses
Free travel on the Pinzgau local railway
Valid throughout the whole Salzburg region (SalzburgerLand)
Use it from the day of arrival right through to the day of departure
(The only exceptions are steam/special trains and night buses.)
How it works:
You’ll receive your Guest Mobility Ticket at check-in – either as a card or directly in the Zell am See-Kaprun App.
The ticket is included in your tourist tax, so there’s no extra charge.
Every guest aged 6+ gets their own ticket. Children under 6 travel free anyway.
Dogs can travel for free (1 dog per person).
